Experience
As a Director in the firm’s Advisory Practice, Grant brings more than eight years of accounting experience, serving large publicly traded financial service companies. His experience includes helping to ensure successful deal management as well as completing comprehensive audits. Grant specializes in providing buy-side and sell-side deal advisory services, primarily including quality of earnings, written reports and net working capital analysis.
Prior to joining Windham Brannon, Grant worked as a manager at a Big 4 firm in their financial due diligence team, where he managed advisory engagements to ensure successful deal deliverables. Grant originally began his career auditing financial service companies at another Big 4 firm. He earned his Bachelor in Business Administration in Accounting, and Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia.
