John Henriquez has over 25 years of experience in the audit and assurance field serving a range of businesses from entrepreneurial, closely-held enterprises to middle-market international companies. John also has over 13 years of audit experience with national accounting firms.
John has expert knowledge in serving a wide range of industries such as private equity groups, real estate, technology, professional service companies and manufacturing distribution companies. John’s approach to client service starts with ensuring that he understands clients’ needs.
John assists clients by performing agreed-upon procedures to obtain satisfactory documentation and lender support to finance transactions and advises them through complex business combinations.
John graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and International Studies. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, John is on the Board of Directors of Lifecycle Building Center, Inc.
