As a Tax Director for Windham Brannon, Kristin Posey possesses more than 25 years of public accounting experience, with primary industry focuses on corporations in manufacturing, technology and healthcare. Along with a strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, she also has extensive experience with private equity-owned clients, multistate/multinational corporations and tax accounting.
