Experience
Nathan joined Windham Brannon in 2015 and brings extensive experience serving a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from closely-held businesses to multi-million-dollar international organizations. His expertise spans both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as post-transaction purchase price allocations.
He has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including real estate, construction, distribution, logistics, and ERISA. Additionally, he is involved in leadership at the firm through Windham Brannon’s Process Committee and Continuing Professional Education team.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Piedmont College. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA).
He has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including real estate, construction, distribution, logistics, and employee benefit plans. Nathan has also led audits of large U.S.-based entities with international ownership and has experience navigating component audits.
