Rodrigo has spent the past decade of his career as a strategist in helping companies grow their businesses by identifying and evaluating investment opportunities. Rodrigo possesses a strong understanding of complex business models and their current needs in the marketplace within a variety of industries.
Rodrigo has experience in transaction advisory services, specifically valuation and financial modeling, as well as corporate development for middle market companies, working closely with C-Suites and Private Equity sponsors driving M&A and strategic planning. He also has significant experience in corporate finance, forecasting, strategy and valuation analysis of private and public companies as well as complex financial securities. In addition, he has expert knowledge serving private equity-backed companies and specializes in the technology, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and healthcare industries. He also possesses fluency in Spanish.
Rodrigo earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Mercer University. He is an active Association for Corporate Growth and Leadership Atlanta (LEAD) member.
