Rodrigo has spent the past 12+ years of his career advising business owners and investors on selling companies and executing mergers and acquisitions. Rodrigo possess a strong understanding of complex business models and their evolving needs in the marketplace across a variety of industries.

Rodrigo has experience in transaction advisory services, with a focus on sell-side M&A mandates, valuation and financial modeling for middle market companies. He works closely with C-suite executives and private equity sponsors to drive successful sale processes, strategic exits and capital raises. He also has significant experience in corporate finance,, forecasting, strategy and valuation analysis of private and public companies, as well as complex financial instruments. In addition, he has deep expertise serving founder-owned businesses and specializes in the technology, specialty manufacturing and distribution, business services and healthcare services industries. He is fluent in Spanish.
