As the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, Scott helps oversee the day-to-day operations while also fulfilling the firm’s mission to serve its client and its people. Scott provides leadership, vision and direction to optimize the firm’s operational and financial processes, facilitate strategic planning objectives and monitor progress, evaluate the financial impact of business opportunities and enhance the firm’s performance.
Scott has spent more than 25 years of his career as a creative change strategist, utilizing the latest thinking in behavioral science and positive psychology and decades of practical perspective to help guide leaders in their journey toward transformational success. He collaborates with leaders to identify the root cause of certain operational challenges and incorporates data-driven solutions and creative facilitation to address these issues directly. Scott is also passionate about helping organizations, their leaders and their employees take the guesswork out of change management in a way that is data-driven and creative, while also working against change fatigue and burnout.
Before joining Windham Brannon, Scott was the Healthcare Consulting Practice and Innovation Leader for a Top 10 U.S. firm, where he was responsible for driving critical matters for the performance and growth of the practice. From practice performance and execution discipline to innovation and differentiation, his primary focus was advancing the practice through strategic planning, finance and operations, quality control and reputation management. He was also an integral leader in developing and implementing the firm’s proprietary change analytics platform, which was designed to empower leaders to form customized change management strategies.
