Windham Brannon Ranks #4 in AJC Top Workplaces
ATLANTA – (3/14/2022) – Heidi LaMarca, Windham Brannon’s CEO and managing partner, won the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Midsize Company Leadership Award. She’s one of three business leaders in metro Atlanta to win a 2022 leadership award from the business journal.
“I’m honored to have received this award and recognized by the WB team and the AJC. I’m proud to lead a firm that lives our fundamentals every day. For us, here at WB, our firm fundamentals are the building blocks to how we collaborate. We embrace qualities like listening to understand, mentorship, optimism, ownership & accountability, being a lifelong learner, but most of all treating each other like family and keeping things fun,” LaMarca said in a video released during the event celebration. “My firm makes me a better leader and I am thankful for that.”
The firm is also a 2022 Top Workplace, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution rankings released last week. The firm ranked as the fourth mid-sized workplace in Atlanta out of 66 companies, based solely on employee feedback collected through surveys from the independent employment research and consulting firm Energage. 4,583 companies were nominated to participate and ultimately 305 were surveyed for the 2022 Top Workplaces awards, according to AJC Top Workplaces.
