Experience
Mandy Braswell has more than 27 years of experience in accounting with a focus on the restaurant and real estate industries, including residential and commercial real estate, property management and development. She has also assisted clients with Sarbanes Oxley compliance working with prominent Fortune 500 companies.
As a Senior Manager at Windham Brannon and a CPA since 2001, she has extensive experience with financial audits, compilations, reviews, tax preparation and review, litigation/forensics, cost segregation, payroll and accounting assistance, and she currently acts as the liaison to the firm’s Outsourced Accounting employees in the firm’s India office location. Mandy has managed one of the departments largest real estate clients and audited one of the firm’s largest real estate construction and development clients, and she also has more than seven years of experience with Yardi and Yardi Breeze.
Mandy graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors in Accounting. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, she is a Board Member of the Southeast Regional Sea Turtle Network.
